      准确把握历史逻辑和深刻内涵是学习贯彻习近平生态文明思想的重要前提。本文从中国共产党实践、发扬马克思主义关于人与自然关系的思想视角，以百年时间轴为主线，回顾了中国共产党重视生态文明建设的历史和不同阶段特征，系统梳理了习近平生态文明思想的历史逻辑和理论体系，总结概括出我国生态文明建设取得的实践效果，并提出以习近平生态文明思想为引领，持续改善生态环境质量，推动形成绿色低碳发展全球共识，分享可持续发展中国方案的路径和趋势，共谋全球生态文明建设。

英文摘要:

      An accurate grasp of historical logic and profound connotation is an important prerequisite for learning and implementing Xi Jinping's Thought on Ecological Civilization. From the perspective of the Communist Party of China (CPC) practicing and carrying forward the Marxist ideas on the relationship between human beings and nature, this paper reviews the history of the CPC attaching importance to the construction of ecological civilization and the characteristics of different stages with a century-long timeline, systematically composes the historical logic and theoretical system of Xi Jinping's Thought on Ecological Civilization. This paper summarizes the practical effects achieved in the construction of ecological civilization in China, and proposes to take Xi Jinping's theory as the leading theory to continuously improve the quality of ecological environment, promote the formation of a global consensus on green and low-carbon development, share the path and trend of Chinese solutions for sustainable development, and seek the construction of global ecological civilization together.
