      研究城镇化效率与生态环境质量耦合协调关系,有助于探寻两者之间本质联系,可为区域协调发展提供科学依据。本研究通过构建综合评价体系,测度安徽省各地级市的城镇化效率和生态环境质量水平,并借助耦合协调度和空间自相关模型,分析安徽省城镇化效率和生态环境质量耦合协调水平以及空间格局特征。结果表明:① 2005-2020年安徽省城镇化效率均值由 0.937上升至 1.055,有效决策单元数量占比77.3 %,空间上呈现以合肥、铜陵为中心向西北-东南方向辐射的特征;②安徽省生态环境质量指数总体呈波动上升的发展趋势,指数均值从0.217上升至0.413,且具有“南高北低”的空间分布格局;③安徽省城镇化效率与生态环境质量的耦合度和耦合协调度均呈现上升趋势,耦合度处于耦合阶段,协调度以中度协调类型为主,但城市间差异明显,制约了区域整体的协调发展;④耦合协调度在空间上表现出较强的正相关性,高-高和低-高集聚区集中在安徽省南部地区,低-低集聚区则分布在北部地区。为促进区域城镇化效率与生态环境质量两系统协调发展,政府未来应因地制宜制定发展策略,贯彻绿色发展理念,积极推动产业转型,通过优化资源配置促进区域良性发展。

      Research on the coupling and coordination relationship between urbanization efficiency and ecological environment quality is helpful to explore their essential relationship, and can provide a scientific basis for coordinated regional development. In this paper, the urbanization efficiency and ecological environment quality level of 16 cities in Anhui Province were measured by constructing a comprehensive evaluation system, and the coupling coordination level and spatial pattern characteristics of urbanization efficiency and ecological environment quality were analyzed by using coupling coordination degree and spatial autocorrelation model. The results showed that:①From 2005 to 2020, the average urbanization efficiency of Anhui Province increased from 0.937 to 1.055, and the number of effective decision-making units accounted for 77.3 %, which showed the characteristics of radiation to the northwest-southeast direction centered on Hefei and Tongling. ②The ecological environment quality index of Anhui Province showed a fluctuating and rising development trend, with the average value of the index rising from 0.217 to 0.413, and the spatial distribution pattern was" high in the south and low in the north". ③The coupling degree and coupling coordination degree of urbanization efficiency and ecological environment quality in Anhui Province showed an upward trend, and the coupling degree was in the coupling stage, and the coordination degree was mainly medium coordination type. However, there were obvious differences between cities, which restricted the coordinated development of the region as a whole. ④The degree of coupling coordination showed a strong positive correlation in space, with the high-high and low-high agglomeration areas concentrated in the southern part of Anhui Province, and the low-low agglomeration areas distributed in the northern region. In order to promote the coordinated development of regional urbanization efficiency and ecological environment quality, the government should formulate development strategies according to local conditions, implement the concept of green development, actively promote industrial transformation, and promote regional benign development by optimizing resource allocation.
