| Ecological environmental planning is an important component of the national planning system, and is an important basis for the government to fulfill its functions related to ecological environmental protection, which is crucial for leading and promoting ecological environmental protection. It is the basic requirement to formulate and implement the ecological environmental plan with technical standardization. However, for a long time, the level of technical specifications for ecological environmental planning has been relatively low, and a technical standard specification system has not been formed, which affects the scientific, serious and effective implementation of ecological environmental planning. Therefore, conducting research on the technical standard system of ecological environmental planning is of great significance for improving the modernization level of ecological environmental governance system and governance capacity. This article reviews the development of China's ecological environmental planning system and technical standards, analyzes the development of planning and technical standards in areas such as national land space, water conservancy and transportation. Considering the characteristics of ecological environmental planning and the needs of ecological environmental planning management, this article proposes to develop an ecological environmental planning technical standard system that includes four types of technical standards: comprehensive standard, basic standard, compiling standard and assessment standard. This article suggests that comprehensive standards should be prioritized, and basic standards, compilation standards and evaluation standards should be arranged in parallel. By orderly promoting the research and drafting of relevant technical standards, the standardization and scientificity of ecological environmental planning will be improved, and the construction of Beautiful China will be served and supported. |
