      本文通过熵权法测算2000—2022年我国283个城市的新质生产力水平,运用马尔科夫链、标准差椭圆、核密度估计方法分析我国新质生产力的时空动态特征,探索我国四大区域的新质生产力发展差异及其来源,并对新质生产力发展的障碍度进行诊断。研究表明:①我国城市新质生产力水平整体呈现稳定增长的趋势,新质生产力高水平城市主要集中在东部沿海地区的城市群,中高水平城市在高水平城市周边并连片分布。②我国城市的新质生产力水平总体差异呈现快速上升趋势,主要原因是地区间基尼系数的快速增长,说明四大区域内部的新质生产力水平差异正在逐渐扩大。③三级指标中,液化石油气供应量障碍度增长幅度最大,而废气排放障碍度下降幅度最大;劳动力、劳动对象和劳动资料障碍度高水平城市主要集中在经济欠发达地区。基于以上研究内容和研究结果发现,本文建议:逐步提高高新技术行业水平和创新要素的配置效率,打造内陆地区增长极,发挥东部沿海的带动作用,推进区域经济绿色转型,重视生态文明建设与保护。
英文摘要:
      This paper calculates the level of new quality productive forces of 283 cities in China from 2000 to 2022 by entropy method, analyzes the spatial and temporal dynamic characteristics of new quality productive forces in China by using Markov chain, standard deviation ellipse and kernel density estimation, explores the development differences and sources of new quality productive forces in the four major regions of China, and diagnoses the obstacle degree of new quality productive forces development. The results find that: ① The level of urban new quality productive forces in China shows a steady growth trend as a whole. The cities with high level of new quality productive forces are mainly concentrated in the urban agglomerations in the eastern coastal areas, and the medium and high level cities are distributed around the high-level cities. ② The overall difference in the level of new quality productive forces in China's cities shows a rapid upward trend, which is mainly due to the rapid growth of Gini coefficient between regions, indicating that the internal difference of new quality productive forces in the four major regions is gradually expanding. ③ Among the three-level indicators, the obstacle degree of liquefied petroleum gas supply has the largest increase, and the obstacle degree of waste gas emission has the largest decrease. The cities with high obstacle degree of labor force, labor object and labor material are mainly concentrated in economically underdeveloped areas. The research proposes that we should gradually improve the level of high-tech industries and the allocation efficiency of innovative factors, build a growth pole in inland areas, give full play to the leading role of the eastern coastal areas, promote the green transformation of regional economy, and attach importance to the construction and protection of ecological civilization.
