      企业是否可以通过绿色技术竞合策略解决绿色技术能效问题，进而促进企业绿色发展值得关注。基于2009—2023年中国A股制造业上市公司数据，运用专利的前向引用测度绿色技术竞合策略，实证检验其对绿色发展的影响。研究发现，绿色技术竞合策略可以显著促进企业绿色发展，对非国有、高ESG水平及高科技行业企业的促进作用尤为显著。机制分析表明，绿色技术竞合策略可以通过绿色行为溢出和绿色价值溢出——通过提升企业研发合作宽度与强度，获得外部绿色投资和政府补助，驱动企业绿色发展。同时，门槛效应分析表明绿色技术竞合策略对企业绿色发展的推动作用会随着外部制度环境约束的提高而增强，抑制作用会随着外部结构环境约束的提升而减弱。这些研究发现可以促使企业在实践中合理实施绿色技术竞合策略，为促进企业绿色发展提供一定的理论参考和实践价值。

英文摘要:

      Whether enterprises can resolve green technology efficiency challenges through green technology coopetition strategies, thereby advancing corporate green development, is a topic worthy of attention. Utilizing data from China’s A-share manufacturing listed companies from 2009 to 2023, the article measures green technology coopetition strategies via the forward citation information of patents and empirically examines their impact on green development. The findings reveal that green technology coopetition strategies significantly enhance corporate green development, with particularly pronounced effects for non-state-owned enterprises, companies with high ESG performance, and those in high-tech industries. Mechanism analysis demonstrates that green technology coopetition strategies drive corporate green development through green behavioral spillover effects and green value spillover effects, namely by expanding the breadth and intensity of R&D collaboration, securing external green investment and government subsidies. In addition, threshold effect analysis shows that the positive impact of green technology coopetition strategies on corporate green development strengthens with the improvement of external institutional environmental constraints but weakens with the intensification of external structural environmental constraints. These findings provide theoretical and practical insights for enterprises to strategically implement green technology coopetition strategies, offering actionable guidance for promoting sustainable corporate development.
