      生态产品价值实现是推动区域绿色高质量发展的重要途径，但目前仍面临“融资难”“交易难”“变现难”等问题。绿色金融可为生态产品价值实现提供有效的解决方案，体现为理论逻辑、技术逻辑、制度逻辑和现实逻辑四个层面的动态闭环。基于自然资源部生态产品价值实现典型案例，本文首先分析了不同属性生态产品的价值实现类型，明确属性特征对价值实现主体的决定作用；然后根据不同主体特征及市场化程度将生态产品价值实现案例划分为政府主导型、市场主导型及政府和市场协同型三类，并基于此提出相应的绿色金融支持模式，即政策支持模式、市场化交易的金融服务模式及政府与市场协同融资模式；最后针对不同的绿色金融模式及可能存在的问题提出相应的优化建议。研究结论可为创新绿色金融服务模式，实现“绿水青山”向“金山银山”的转化提供可复制的“中国方案”。

      The realization of ecological products value (REPV) is an important approach to promote regional green and high-quality development, but it currently still faces problems such as“difficulties in financing”, “transaction barriers” and“monetization challenges” . Green finance can provide an effective solution for the REPV, which is reflected as a dynamic closed loop at four levels: theoretical logic, technical logic, institutional logic, and practical logic. Based on the typical cases of REPV documented by the Ministry of Natural Resources, this study analyzes the types of value realization for ecological products with different attributes and clarifies the decisive role of attribute characteristics in determining the subjects of REPV. According to the characteristics of different subjects and the degree of marketization, the cases of REPV are categorized into three types: government-led, market-led, and government-market collaborative. Corresponding green finance support models are proposed accordingly, namely the policy support model, the financial service model for market-oriented transactions, and the government-market collaborative financing model. Finally, targeted optimization suggestions are put forward for different green finance models and potential problems. The research conclusions can provide a replicable Chinese solution for innovating green finance service models and realizing the transformation of“lucid waters and lush mountains” to“invaluable assets”.
